Fred Larijani

Fred Larijani has over 23 years of experience designing and managing employee compensation programs. He has developed, implemented, and administered incentive compensation plans for all categories of employees; engineering project based variable compensation plans, sales margin and revenue focused plans, management short term and long term retention and productivity plans, and manufacturing incentive plans based on team results. Mr. Larijani's salary administration experience includes job evaluation and market pricing evaluation plans.

Mr. Larijani has developed and managed all aspects of performance evaluation including short-term incentive "management by objective" process, management performance incentives, on-the-spot bonuses, lump sum bonuses, project incentive bonuses, and other retention or achievement bonus programs. He has trained managers in performance management and competency based pay plan to ensure skill inventory retention. Mr. Larijani also has experience in managing benefits administration, design, and development, broker contact, ERISA reviews, compliance management, and budgeting of benefit activities.

Prior to starting his consulting career, Mr. Larijani served as Director of Human Resources for Fujitsu Business Communications Systems, Compensation Analyst at the Orange County Transit District, and Manager of Profession Staffing and Compensation Programs at AT&T American Bell International. Mr. Larijani has a BA in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University and an executive MBA.
