Claudia Elmore is a consultant with over twelve years of experience in compensation, benefits, and human resources. Claudia manages client assignments in various aspects of human resources including: mergers & acquisitions integration, executive compensation, non-qualified deferred compensation, board of director compensation, pay strategy design, sales incentive plans, custom salary surveys, performance appraisal and merit pay programs, competitive market assessments, job descriptions, job evaluation, pay structure development, legal compliance audits, compensation training, risk management, succession planning, and related human resources areas.

Her clients vary from not-for-profit firms and privately held companies to Fortune 500 companies. Her consulting assignments have varied among industries and included clients such as AECOM Technology, Anchor Blue Retail Group, Inc., CB Richard Ellis, Edison Mission Energy, Epicor Software, FileNet Corporation, Freemont Investment & Loan, Newport Corporation, Easter Seals of Southern California, and YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles.

Prior to working as an independent consultant, Claudia was employed as a Senior Consultant for Lipis Consulting Inc., an executive compensation consulting firm. In addition, Claudia served as an internal Compensation Consultant / Manager at Leiner Health Products, Inc. Her responsibilities included compensation management for over 4,500 employees in multiple states.

Claudia holds an MBA in Business Management from Arizona State University and a BSBA in Finance from University of Arizona. She is member of several compensation and human resources organizations including the Los Angeles Compensation and Benefits Association (LACABA), the Orange County Compensation and Benefits Association (OCCABA), Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA), and World at Work (formerly ACA).
