Sheri Demarchi

Sheri Demarchi is a consultant with 22 years of experience in leading strategic initiatives in compensation, business systems and manufacturing operations. Prior to consulting, Ms. Demarchi was Vice President of Compensation at Rockwell, where she designed and implemented short and long-term incentive plans specifically tailored to business plan objectives for businesses in the electronics, aerospace, defense, automotive and semiconductor industries. She has developed and implemented stock option plans, deferred compensation plans, and market based salary structures. Ms. Demarchi has designed incentive plans that retained and motivated key executives through major corporation divestitures and IPO spin-offs.

Prior to her specialization in compensation plans, she held a variety of finance positions where she developed, documented and implemented business performance metrics in the areas of cost and schedule performance, and has led the process by which these metrics were certified for use on Department of Defense programs. She has managed budgets, schedules and cost reporting on Army and Air Force development programs with annual sales of $100M. As a Manufacturing Engineer at Douglas Aircraft Company, she improved capital equipment purchase decisions by developing course materials and teaching manufacturing engineers how to analyze alternative investments.

Sheri earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UCLA, a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology - Manufacturing at California State University at Long Beach, and an executive Master of Business Administration from UCLA.
